How to Qualify for the Weekend League FC25

There are two steps to qualify for the Weekend League FC25: reaching the knockout stage and winning enough games to enter the main competition.

To reach the knockout phase, players need 1,000 Champions Qualification Points, earned by playing Rivals matches. The amount of points depends on your current division in Rivals, increasing with each promotion.

Once you have 1,000 points, you enter the Knockout Phase, which now consists of five games instead of ten, one of the biggest changes in FC25. To qualify, you need to win three of the five games. Players now have 12 attempts to qualify but can only lose two games, making qualification more challenging.

Playoffs Phase of Champions Weekend League FC25

The playoffs phase is an essential part of the Weekend League. You can play at your own pace, but there is a limited number of entries per season. By accumulating Champions Qualification Points (CQP) while playing Rivals, you’ll qualify to enter the competition.

How to Earn Rewards in the Playoffs Phase?

In the playoffs phase, rewards are granted as soon as you complete all matches or you can end it at any time to collect the rewards. If you don’t finish before the end of the season, you’ll still receive rewards for the games played.

Champions Rewards in the Weekend League FC25 Playoffs Phase

While competing in the knockout stage, you earn points for wins (4 points) and losses (1 point). There are no draws. Check out the rewards by rank:

• Rank I | 20 points: 1 Rare Gold Player Pack 85+, 1 Mega Pack, 800 Champions Qualification Points, and Final Qualification.
• Rank II | 16-19 points: 1 Rare Gold Player Pack 84+, 1 Jumbo Premium Gold Pack, 800 Champions Qualification Points, and Final Qualification.
• Rank III | 12-15 points: 1 Rare Gold Pack, 1 Small Prime Gold Players Pack, 800 Champions Qualification Points, and Final Qualification.
• Rank IV | 10-11 points: 1 Rare Gold Pack and 650 Champions Qualification Points.
• Rank V | 8-9 points: 1 Small Prime Gold Players Pack and 650 Champions Qualification Points.
• Rank VI | 5-7 points: 1 Premium Gold Pack and 500 Champions Qualification Points.

These rewards are valuable, but the biggest prize is qualifying for the Weekend League FC25, where you’ll compete for the game’s top rewards.

How to View Your Champions Qualification Points?

• Access Ultimate Team™.
• Select “Play” and then “Ultimate Team™ Champions.”
• Or, access the Rivals block and select the “Champions” tab to view your points.

Champions Finals

The finals take place after the knockout stage, and you can only participate after earning enough points for a Qualification Token. With this Token, you choose when to join the finals, which have a tighter time limit.

How Does the Qualification Token Work?

The Qualification Token can be used in any season, and it will carry over if unused. However, once you start your participation in the finals, you cannot cancel or postpone it.

Rewards continue decreasing for subsequent ranks, with valuable items and packs until Rank X.

Matchmaking in the Weekend League FC25: How It Works?

Matchmaking is determined by:

• Location: The closest data center will be used.
• Current Phase: The phase of wins and losses (each win adds +1, and each loss subtracts -1).
• Platform and Crossplay: You can face players from other platforms as long as crossplay is enabled.

What Is the Phase?

Your phase is a record of wins and losses in the current competition. The more wins, the higher the phase.

Crossplay and Matchmaking

In Champions, crossplay allows matches with players from other platforms of the same generation:

• PlayStation® 4 and Xbox One
• PlayStation® 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC
